Novatun

In the heart of Yerevan, at the back of the corner of Sayat Nova and Charents streets, the Novatun boutique building with twenty apartments is being built. The building has six floors, the first of which, the commercial space, will be rented only for the office, and the apartments are located on the next five floors. Since the building is being built on 1000 meters of land, occupying an area of only 500 meters, it has a green area on both sides, and in general, no building interferes, so that the building has a view and lighting from all four sides.
