The construction works of a 15-story multi-residential and multi-functional building have already started:

The multi-residential building is built entirely with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, the general exterior of the building will be faced with natural stone, the building's porches will be tiled with granite tiles, 2 elevators of european production will be installed, the building will be provided with normal supply of water, electricity and gas, two-layer metal-plastic windows will be installed according to european standards, the building will be provided with a central antenna, the floors of the open balconies of the apartments will be tiled with natural stone, apartments will be provided with individual heating and cooling system.
